HR evening in the footsteps of the buccaneers with Audemars Piguet – Treasure Island
The agency was commissioned on three occasions to imagine, organize and produce corporate events, both during the day and in the evening, with the aim of motivating teams at three separate production sites, preparing them for the new watchmaking season, and enabling meetings and interaction between departments.
Event visual identity & newsletter
The agency not only developed a complete visual identity based on the theme chosen for the event, Les flibustiers à la chasse aux trésors, but also designed and produced a 32-page tabloid-format company newspaper for all employees.
To ensure optimum attendance, the agency created personalized, top-of-the-range invitations, accompanied by a reply card and a complex system for managing transport before and after the event, with coaches and shuttles.
Complete transformation of Port des Pierrettes in St-Sulpice
To meet the challenges of such an event, the agency brought in a semi-trailer truck from Brussels, complete with movie sets, to transform the little Port des Pierrettes into a buccaneers’ hideout.
