Grand opening celebration for the new YMECA Training Center
We were commissioned to organize an open day to mark the inauguration of the brand-new YMECA Training Center at Y-Parc, Yverdon-les-Bains.
More than 1,000 people attended the event, and followed an organized itinerary around the new building, punctuated by entertainment, and ending with food-truck and drinks stands in a convivial atmosphere.

We designed and implemented all communications for the event, ensuring that the 2-day inauguration was a resounding success. In the end, over 1,000 people turned out on Saturday, the day of the festivities.
