Clic Ensemble: a communication strategy to reduce the digital divide in western Lausanne
The agency was commissioned by the West Lausanne associations ARASPE and ARASOL as part of a project to combat the digital divide: the setting up of workshops, run by volunteers in various cafés and restaurants in the region, to help anyone needing a helping hand to book a plane ticket online, fill in digital administrative forms, place an order, etc.
We carried out a complete communications strategy, including positioning, target analysis, name research and more. The name Clic Ensemble was unanimously chosen for the workshops, as well as Ambassadeurs et Ambassadrices du Clic for the volunteers. We then developed the entire visual identity for the project, including a logotype and illustrations, flyers and presentation leaflets, F4, A2 and A3 posters, a complete website, a cinema slide, etc. All this was completed by a media strategy. All of this was complemented by a media strategy designed to publicize the Clic Ensemble practical workshops throughout the West Lausanne region.
