A futuristic campaign for the MECAFORMA stand at the Salons des Métiers

Or how to shake up codes to support the search for apprentices and train the next generation of the Swiss precision industry.

The agency devised and created a communication campaign that is still going strong today, and whose positive effects are still being felt in Swiss precision industry circles. We developed a poster campaign with a strong concept, radio spots and a cinema trailer, all relayed by social networks.

We were responsible for the design and production of all visuals, including the organization of a casting of young apprentices and the setting up of regular competitions.

The agency was also entrusted with the design and construction of the largest stand at the Salon des Métiers et de la Formation in Lausanne, covering 500 m2. The 6-metre-high backlit large-format visuals created for this stand were printed directly in our large-format production workshop.

We took up the challenge

Finding a language to appeal to young people

Each generation has its own codes, language and habits. In communications, addressing younger generations is no mean feat, as we have to familiarize ourselves with their codes and transcribe them appropriately to reach our target. For MECAFORMA, we wrote and recorded rap music in collaboration with young rappers from Lausanne. This music was broadcast on the radio and used to accompany an advertising campaign in local cinemas.
